When you purchase an Emnes plugin, you receive a license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.

Each license tier (Personal, Professional, Agency) specifies the number of sites the plugin may be activated on. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading your license.

Your license grants you the right to use the plugin, receive updates, and access support for the duration of your active subscription.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.

All premium licenses include one year of updates and priority support. After the license expires, you may continue using the plugin at the version you have, but will not receive further updates or support without renewal.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our plugins. Our plugins may only be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the license terms.

Specifically, you may not:

• Redistribute the plugin to third parties or make it available for download
• Use the plugin to create a competing product or service
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Use the plugin on more sites than your license permits

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Emnes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We strongly recommend backing up your site before installing or updating any plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
